Established in 2007 and operating from our office In Henley-In-Arden, Iperium works with a range of clients across the Telecom, Internet and Enterprise Technology sectors. Some of the world’s largest global technology vendor’s, Telecommunications companies and early stage Internet based start-up’s all utilise Iperium to source and recruit key professionals throughout their business.

In order to facilitate this growth and to continue to develop strong relationships with our clients we are looking to expand further by recruiting Managing Consultants to work in our office in Henley-In-Arden.

 

A Managing Consultant is a well-rounded consultative sales role, engaging with a range of stakeholders including Directors, VP’s and various other corporate decision makers within Iperium’s technology sector clients.

 

The purpose of this role is to effectively and efficiently manage Iperium’s day to day engagements with clients whilst identifying upsell and cross sell opportunities within existing accounts.

 

This is a pivotal role responsible for the creation of long standing relationships and ensuring that clients receive a one to one point of contact within Iperium. The role is responsible for providing clear and insightful market intelligence and advice on a day by day basis.
Managing Consultants are expected to work on numerous projects simultaneously and work closely with other internal stakeholders to deliver candidate shortlists, manage recruitment process and secure further business inside existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities within the role include;
• Daily client engagement via verbal and written Sales & Account Management activities.

• Fact finding and questioning clients connected to complex and multi-person hiring requirements.

• Working to find significant upsell and cross sell opportunities within existing accounts to include selling Retained Search and Managed Service engagements as well as expanding the geographic range of a relationship.


• Managing Consultants are expected to headhunt candidates based on client expectations, oversee recruitment advertising and present information via social media as part of the process of delivering candidate long and short-lists.

• The Managing Consultant also takes responsibility for the co-ordination of the work of a Resource Consultant if assigned to a specific process.

• Consultants can expect to work multiple recruitment processes at any time and therefore personal organisation and an ability to work to deadlines is critical.

Candidates for this role can come from a number of separate backgrounds;
• An existing sales background either external or internal with a minimum of two years sales experience.

• Individuals with existing experience working with another Recruitment context. This experience should be commercially led and individuals should have existing client management experience.

 

• Individuals can also come from other related industries related to consulting, client relationships, B2B Marketing etc. People who may also have had exposure to the Telecommunications or Technology sectors.
