The company provides technologies for unified communications and collaboration, contact center, customer experience management, and networking, along with related services. Avaya target customers ranging from large enterprise to SMB at a global level.
Iperium were contacted by the Divisional head of a growing Avaya business unit with an urgent need to fill a Director level role to take a P&L responsibility over Southern Europe. An internal referral was due to join Avaya in this function, he however rejected their offer leaving the business under pressure to on board an individual inside six weeks to ensure the position was filled by the start of Q2.
Iperium delivered a shortlist of four specific candidates from Avaya’s competitive landscape within five working days from initial engagement. To identify these individuals, 23 competitive organizations were targeted and mapped out in order to highlight target candidates.
Post first interview, three of the four initial candidates were taken through to a second interview stage. At this point one of these individuals was identified as the favorite and subsequently accelerated through the interview process to an offer stage.
Based on our success in this search and the timeline worked towards Iperium have evolved to become a key business partner of Avaya in EMEA. We are now engaged in multiple growth areas of Avaya’s organization in EMEA. On a country by country basis Iperium have consistently turned around candidate shortlists within seven days from initial engagement.
